Antiphospholipid syndrome is a set of clinical symptoms related to the presence of antiphospholipid antibodies in serum. The most frequent features are arterial and venous thrombosis in different vessels of different location and spontaneous abortions. Miscellaneous symptomatology of the antiphospholipid syndrome makes it a unit of importance for every physician. The publication presents the pathogenesis, diagnostics and treatment of the antiphospholipid syndrome.
