The investigation has performed in 52 women aged 13-35. They were divided into two groups: controls – 22 women and 30 women with Turner’s syndrome. It was found that women with Turner’s syndrome have in serum of estron, estradiol and free testosterone significantly lower concentrations. The concentrations of typ I procollagen, osteocalcin, and activity of alkaline phosphatase were significantly higher.
