We report a course of pregnancy at 25 years women with encefalopatia after too much dosing the insulin in the first weeks of the pregnancy, probably to commit suicide. The pregnancy was terminated by elective caesarean section in 32 week of the pregnancy. The premature newborn weighed 1 660 g and was in a bad condition with a defect of heart. The newborn was handed over to operative treatment of the heart defect, after 69 days intensive treatment in our Pathological Ward of Newborns.
