In this paper three cases of patients who had intrauternia contraceptiva devices (IUCD) inserted in the past are presented. In all these cases the dislocation of IUCD outside the uterine cavity to peritoneal cavity occurred. All these intrauterine devices were removed from the abdominal cavity by the use of laparoscopy. One intrauterine device was located in the abdominal integuments just below the navel. It was brought to attention that it was necessary to control the correctness of the insertion of the intra-uterine device immediately after the operation.
