Pustulosis palmo-plantaris (PPP) is rare skin disease, more common in women with derma changes appearing on the palms and soles. Rheumatoid arthritis is a systemic inflammatory disease characterized by chronic polyarthritis often leading to severe disability. The case of 64 years-old woman is described fullfiling diagnostic criteria of pustulosis palmo-plantaris as well as rheumatoid arthritis. The coexistence of both diseases mentioned above was not reported in literature.
