The authors would like to inform that the demographic data of the study group presented in the paper “Illness acceptance among young adults with acne: a cross sectional study” – Advances in Dermatology and Allergology 2024; XLI (5): 530-535 is identical with the description of the group previosuly inlcuded in the paper “Acne influences life-changing decisions among young adults” – Italian Jounal of Dermatology and Venereology 2024; 159 (2): 174-181. Both articles present different results leading to different conclusions.
