The aim of this study was to establish the incidence of fertility after abdominal myomectomy. The subject of analysis was epidemiological data, size and number of myomas, postoperative complications and its influence on fertility. Nearly half of patients who attempt pregnancy were able to bear children following abdominal myomectomy.
