Infertility is a problem for many couples wishing to conceive. The main cause of female infertility is attributed to ovulatory disorders. This article presents interpretactions of results of hormonal tests which help to confirm ovulation or identify type of ovulation dysfunction what allows to introduce appropriate treatment. We also describe behaviour of HCG levels in early stages of pregnancy and their relation to ultrasound findings.
