FAQ

1. How can I register as an individual participant?
A user account on Termedia.pl is required to register. If you do not have an account, one will be created during registration. If you already have an account, log in and click the REGISTER button. Your details will be filled in automatically, but you can edit them if necessary. Please make sure your email address and phone number are up to date, as we will use these contact details to send you information about the event.

2. How can I attend the event?
Visit www.termedia.pl, select the event page under the "Conferences and Webinars" section, and log in to your account.

3. Can I ask questions during the lectures?
Yes, you can submit questions during each lecture. Answers will be provided during the Q&A sessions.

4. Technical information
If the live stream does not start on time, please refresh your browser window.
If you can see the video but cannot hear any sound, click on the video player and check your audio settings.
If the live stream freezes, buffers, or the video quality is poor, please check your internet connection speed. A minimum speed of 2 Mbps is recommended.
The video player should work in all up-to-date browsers. However, we recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
