Information for Authors
The person submitting the abstract must also be the person presenting the abstract at the conference
Title:
No word limits. We recommend that you avoid abbreviations in your title.
Authors:
Include all authors - Surname and first letters of first name/name and also affiliation number (superscript), e.g. Smith J.W.1; The information provided will not be edited and will appear as such in the book of abstracts.
Affiliations:
Provide the affiliations of all authors in the order in which the authors are listed above. Use consecutive numbers. Please give the affiliation in the order - Department, Institution, City, Country. The information provided will not be edited and will appear as such in the book of abstracts.
Abstract body:
No more than 250 word.

All abstracts sent before July 8at 24:00 will be considered as submitted at the Harmonis@tion travel grant stage.
Starting July 21, it will be possible to re-edit these abstracts to September 6 at 24:00.
