FEES AND REGISTRATION
1. ONLINE FORMULA - registration and participation are free of charge on the day of the event. The surgical procedures will be broadcast live.
Monthly access to recorded reports of surgical procedures from a given day is available for a fee of PLN 246, payable via the Termedia website
2. ONSITE PARTICIPATION – applications are accepted by phone at 511-717-606 (on a first-come, first-served basis).
The cost of participation ONSITE is2000 PLN and includes:
– direct participation in the surgical procedures performed during the Workshop
– workshop materials covering endoscopic equipment and the types of synthetic materials implanted in surgical procedures during the Workshop
