1/ How to register - individual participant
A user account on Termedia. pl is required for registration. If you do not have an account, it will be created during registration. If you already have an account, log in and press the REGISTRATION button. The details will automatically fill in, but you can modify them. Make sure your email and phone number are correct. We will use these channels to send you information about the event.
2/ How to receive an invoice for payment?
In the registration form, please provide full details for invoicing. After the payment is credited, you will receive an invoice to your email address.
3/ Are educational credits awarded for attending the event?
Yes.
4/ Are attendance certificates issued?
Yes, the certificates will be placed in the "PARTICIPANT'S FILE" at the end of the event.
