Surgical management of ovarian tumors in pregnant women

Treatment of pregnant women with ovarian tumor is a great clinical problem. This situation is caused by little frequency of this illness during pregnancy and because of lack of standards based on randomised clinical trials. The study shows epidemiology and histological types of ovarian tumors in pregnancy, difficulties and limitations of diagnosis. It takes also into consideration rules of surgical management of ovarian tumors during pregnancy.
