ABSTRACT
Congenital vaginal agenesis occurs with a prevalence of 1/4000-1/5000 live-born females. The individuals with congenital absence of vagina usually are first seen by gynecologist at 14-15 years when the absence of menses occurs. We report a case of cervicovaginal agenesis complicated with endometrioma and hematosalpinx in an 18-year-old girl. Bilateral posterior neurovascular pudendal thigh flaps were successfully performed. Vaginal and cervical canals continuity was established as the patient menstruated after operation.
