ABSTRACT
We described the case of the 74-year-old patient. The detection of metastases to calcaneus, talus and metatarsal bones was the first manifestation of disease afterwards the primary endometrial cancer was diagnosed. The patient underwent surgery due to endometrial cancer followed by irradiation of metastatic tumor of the foot. After 43 months from the diagnosis the patient remains still alive and asymptomatic. It is the tenth case reported in the literature when isolated metastatic tumor of the lower extremity is the presenting feature of primary endometrial cancer, and the second one located in the calcaneus, involving talus and metatarsal bones.
