Mucoepidermoid carcinoma constitutes 3–10% of all tumors of major salivary glands and 10–15% of tumors of minor salivary glands. Histologically, we discriminate the well differentiated and the poorly differentiated type. The most frequently it is localized in the parotid gland, less often in the minor salivary glands of hard palate. The aim of this report is to present a case of 26-years old patient with mucoepidermoid carcinoma of buccal cavity.
