Unique embryological, immuno-logical and endocrinological aspects of the vulva contribute to the diagnostic and therapeutic challenges of complicated vulvar problems. In the past it is tried that precancerous and cancerous vulvar lesions concern elder women. However, recent data indicate that the incidence of vulvar diseases is increasing and is diagnosed at a younger age than previously. Although vulva is available for clinical examination, most patients are in advanced stage of disease during diagnosis. It is very disquieting and obliged us to look for new knowledge of pathology of this disorders.
