Optic nerve sarcoidosis

A case of a 56-year-old female patient with morphological diagnosis of optic nerve sarcoidosis is presented. It was diagnosed as 0 degree sarcoidosis. Examination of post tumour operation proved sarcoidosis of optic nerve. Steroid treatment was started.
