The aim of this work is to present the case of a 19-year-old female patient manifesting atypical signs and symptoms of four otogenic intracranial complications in the course of acute otitis media and to discuss available diagnostic and therapeutic methods and the surgical management in order to achieve the full recovery of the patient.
