From the beginning of modern times, sexuality was controlled by morals and laws. The aim of the paper violence against children was presented in the aspect of crime detection and sex in the legal system. Sexual abuse is the most detrimental form of child maltreatment. Different types of sex based crimes are: human nature (its behaviour) tied with human sexuality which are forbidden by law. Criminal behaviour of a sexual nature are performed in all spheres of society.
