Modern laparoscopy is using precision operating tools and equipment, which working principles are based on high electronical technology. Superior devices generating edema, more efficient trocars and the newest generation of equipment to cut tissue and vascular ligature evoke that this method of operation is becoming more easier and safer nowadays. The role of nurses is not only limited to the administration tools during the operation. Successful of each operation depends on its knowledge and experience. Efficiency manual, the knowledge of procedures and tools shorten the duration of treatment in significant way.
