The authors describe the case of (OCO) of a 65-year old woman. The patient had an operation on account of the uterus’ wall perforation, treated during an abrasion, due to of postmenopausal bleeding. The presented case shows that it was not possible to make a diagnosis during an operation. The conclusive factor was the histopathological examination of surgical preparation.
