A case of 60 years old man with cancer of floor of the mouth (FOM) in advance stage of disease has been presented. The tumor infiltrated the adjacent bone tissue of mandible. The tumor was totally removed. The free forearm flap was used for reconstruction of FOM. Mandible was reconstructed with bony graft from iliac crest.
