Apart from hepatic symptoms, many manifestations of autoimmune disorders such as cryoglobulinemic vasculitis, Sjögren’s syndrome (SS), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) or rheumatoid arthritis (RA) may be present in the course of hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. The aim of the study was to analyze three cases with rheumatic manifestations in HCV infection. Case 1: a 59-year-old woman with chronic hepatitis C, first diagnosed with RA, later with SLE; also manifestations of SS syndrome and cryoglobulinemic vasculitis were observed. Case 2: a 46-year-old woman with chronic hepatitis C and SS. Case 3: a 33-year-old woman with chronic hepatitis C and SLE.
