A proper planning and an critical analysis of a health care system, thus organisation of proper functioning health care centers, in the presence of recognized standards, clear defined expectations and an assessment of extents of fulfilment, guarantee an accomplishment of an intended aim, which is the correct and complete care for a dialyzed patient, family and community not only with clinical, but also social and psychological respect which require chronically ill patients. We are introducing main guidelines of the care of the dialyzed patient being a permanent element of family doctors competences.
