Branchial cleft cyst is one the most common congenital benign neck pathologies, originating from abnormalities during embriogenesis. Clinically these anomalies present as cysts, sinuses or fistulas. Usually their presence is symptomless, however in case of one’s significant size they might become symptomatic. We present a case of patient in whom constant delay of seeking medical advice resulted in development of enormous branchial cleft cyst with a diameter of 12 cm, the largest ever reported.
