The case report of 27 year old pregnant admitted to Gynecology and Infertility Department in 11th week of pregnancy because of ovarian bilateral tumors. The observation and diagnostic procedures led us to perform diagnostic laparoscopy. Ovarian cystadenocarcinoma was found and radical hysterectomy was performed. The postoperative adjuvant therapy was carried out.
