We present a patient with Swyer syndrome and asymmetrical hypertrophy of labia pudendi minora as a cause of somatic and psychosexual discomfort. The discomfort is not only caused by the patient’s awareness of her physical disability, but also constant and repeating vulvitis. The subject of the paper is the problem with treatment of asymmetrical labial hypertrophy in the case of a young woman with Swyer syndrome (its congenital malformation with consequences for sexual life in future without treatment). After plastic surgery the patient’s physical, sexuological and gynaecological wellness improved.
