Negative-pressure wound therapy (NPWT) is a therapeutic technique using a vacuum dressing to promote healing in acute or chronic wounds. In this article and an illustrative case series, author introduce this method for bedsores treatment at the home hospice. It shows, that NPWT may be valuable and possible cure at patient’s house.
