Sinonasal mucosal melanomas are rare. Symptoms are nonspecific and involve epistaxis, obstruction and nasal discharge. Primary treatment includes surgical intervention. We present a case of a patient admitted in February 2016 to the Department of Otolaryngology and Laryngological Oncology at the Poznan University of Medical Sciences due to a non-pigmented lesion bulging left nasal lobe. Post-operative histopathological examination showed melanoma. In July 2016r, due to suspected recurrence reoperation was performed revealing inflammatory infiltration. In January 2021, the patient returned due to bleeding and progressive obstruction of the left nasal cavity. The second recurrence was diagnosed during follow-up in 2022. The tumor was removed endoscopically. The third recurrence of melanoma was diagnosed in January 2023 leading to radical surgical excision.
