The anterior exenterotion in the setting of advanced bladder cancer

The presented document performs anterior exenteration in the setting of advanced bladder cancer, using methods involved in radical hysterectomy. It appears tendency to short of the total time of the operation and significant decrease in blood loss. The gynecological examination with USG was reveled as a very useful in first diagnosis of the bladder cancer.
