Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is the most common

neoplasm in humans. Primary location in the floor of the nasal

vestibule is unfavourable due to both aesthetic and functional

reasons. In this paper, the authors present the case report of

a 65-year-old male patient with a tumor approximately 20 mm

in diameter, located on the right side of the nasal vestibule floor.

To achieve the best cosmetic and functional outcome, and based on

a literature review, a two-stage melolabial flap

reconstruction was chosen. The postoperative result was satisfactory.
