title="Atypical sources of human health endanger for irradiation",
abstract="Application of high radioactivity isotopes in the oncological treatment (in case of iod I-131 a single dose is up to 200 mCi per patient) posses an additional source of danger for the personnel of the Department of Nuclear Medicine and Endocrine Oncology, the Institute of Oncology ad even for the people behind the Institute.  There are some circumstances not comprise of within the low regulations which may endanger human health. The procedure treatment in case of death of a patient after the applicatoin of a high dose of iod  I-131 is an example of of such a situation. The lack of low regulations, stress and the increased risk of the people exposure on radioactive contamination as well as the ethical and moral problems require an additional and special knowledge from the inspector of radiation protection.  The aim of the work is to present our experiences and considerations on these unusual problems and to show the possible solution and behaviours that may be helpful in every-day work of inspectors of radiation protection.",
