abstract="Pathogenesis of Crohn\’s disease is still unknown. Biological therapy with anti-TNF-\α antibodies is nowadays used in the treatment. In the therapeutic guidelines treatment with infliximab is presented. We present a case study of a 16-year old girl with perianal form of Crohn\’s disease. After the use of biological therapy perianal changes were cured and remission was obtained.",
