abstract="Tuberculosis of the breast is extremely rare. The breast is remarkably resistant to tuberculosis. The appearance of breast tuberculosis in mammography is not specific. In young women tuberculosis of the breast is often diagnosed as pyogenic abscess and in the elderly as carcinoma. We present a case of primary breast tuberculosis mimicking breast tumour found in mammography in a 47-year-old woman.",
