abstract="We present a patient with Swyer syndrome and asymmetrical hypertrophy of labia pudendi minora as a cause of somatic and psychosexual discomfort. The discomfort is not only caused by the patient\&#8217;s awareness of her physical disability, but also constant and repeating vulvitis. The subject of the paper is the problem with treatment of asymmetrical labial hypertrophy in the case of a young woman with Swyer syndrome (its congenital malformation with consequences for sexual life in future without treatment). After plastic surgery the patient\&#8217;s physical, sexuological and gynaecological wellness improved.",
