These diseases demand inclusion into therapy of strong acting immunosuppressive drugs that due to mechanism of action are not indifferent for pregnant woman and appropriate fetus development. Therefore the knowledge of current indications and contraindications of selected immunosuppressive agents usage, with pregnancy as a condition requiring special caution, creates an important link for therapeutic process.
