title="Case reportLatent Brugada syndrome leading to sudden cardiac arrest revealed by exercise electrocardiography: a case report",
abstract="We present the case of a 45-year-old patient who was hospitalized after he had suffered from a sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) episode during ventricular fibrillation. This sudden cardiac arrest episode occurred in an otherwise healthy subject who previously had been under treatment only for arterial hypertension. In the course of the exercise test the patient was shown to have an ST-segment elevation in leads V1-V3, with a subsequent negative T-wave. A drug challenge was used, on the basis of which Brugada syndrome was identified as being the cause of the sudden cardiac arrest in this patient.",
