abstract="The article discusses the question of nursing care of the patient in the early period after kidney transplantation. The article presents components of nursing care of the patient after kidney transplantation and indicates their legitimacy. It stresses the importance of systematic vital measurement of patient along with continuous and exact assessment of patient diuresis. This article also addresses the subject of conversation with the patient led by the nurse in the postoperative period and it highlights the problem of care of the patient in whom rejection of the transplanted organ has occurred.",
