abstract="The extensive body mass becames a visible problem in the young population. Obesity which is not correctly planned to be treated does not treat itself. All antyobesity activities are long-term and wide-ranging. The therapeutic team should include: physician, psychologist, nurse and sometimes social worker. Activities, which aim is therapeutic success and efficient body mass reduction, should be focused not only on child but also on its family and school environment. They should be preceded by exact problem recognition and mutual psychological relations in the family. So collected interview is the basement for the further actions such as implementation of diabetic recommendations and physical activity.",
