abstract="Percutaneous mitral commissurotomy is a method of choice for selected patients with symptomatic mitral valve stenosis.  However in patients with dual chamber pacemaker this procedure is much more difficult to perform because of two pacemaker leads present in the right atrium. We present a case of a 60-year-old female with dual chamber pacemaker who underwent successful  percutaneous mitral commissurotomy.",
