title="Anxiety and depression in women cured due to infertility",
abstract="The rate of depression among women during the life is about 21%. The level of anxiety and depression in infertile women seems to be similar to these experienced by women suffering from cancer or coronary disease. The aim of the study was to determine the intensity and the risk factors of anxiety and depression in women treated because of sterility. The group consisted of 104 women treated of infertility. In the work we applied the following investigative methods: questionnaire consisting of social and demographical data, Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), State and Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) 33.65% women confirmed minor depression disorder, 10.58% moderate depression. The only essential variable which influenced anxiety and depression was the lack of familiar support. The high essential positive relationship was confirmed among the anxiety as a trait and the anxiety symptoms. Women with depression had more anxiety symptoms in comparison to women without depression.",
