abstract="Reduction of estrogen and progestogen doses is one of the main trends in oral menopausal hormone therapy (MHT). Studies on ultra low oral MHT, composed of 0,5 mg estradiol plus reduced doses of various progestoagens (e.g. norethisterone acetate, dydrogesterone), revealed both its high safety profile as well as therapeutic efficacy in alleviating of numerous aliments of the menopausal period.",
