abstract="This case presents a 46-year-old female patient with advanced pulmonary hypertension referred to our center due to typical symptoms of acute coronary syndrome. Coronary computed tomography angiography revealed severe stenosis of the left main coronary artery caused by compression of the artery by the dilated main pulmonary artery. A good quality computed tomography study enabled precise planning of surgery and was more useful than invasive coronary angiography.",
