abstract="The paper summarizes current guidelines on allergic rhinitis and urticaria. It describes recommendations of diagnosis and treatment of  Helicobacter pylori  infection and infant colic. The new algorithms concerning celiac disease are also discussed. The paper contains indications for using probiotics in prevention and treatment, rules of its supplementation and the newest modifications in vaccination schedule. Finally the paper draws attention to the problem of terminal illness and supportive treatment in children.",
