abstract=" Incidence of unilateral synchronous parotid gland tumours with different histological structure is extremely low (0.2-0.7%). The authors present a case of diffuse adenoma pleomorphic tumour (local recurrence 8 years after surgery) and mucoepidermoid cancer of the parotid gland. The aim of this study was to determine whether we are dealing with two independent foci of cancer or benign tumour was transformed into malignant tumour. ",
