abstract="Nursing a patient with thermal burn constitutes a big challenge for nursing community. The basis for planning actions in the process of nursing composes properly made nursing diagnosis. Medical documentation, that can be used as a universal tool for nurses all over the world, should be clear, unitary and should include proper terminology. The International Classification for Nursing Practice meets such conditions. It also gives a possibility of leading nursing documentation in electronic procurement. In this work selected nursing diagnoses and actions towards patients with thermal burn based on International Classification for Nursing Practice according to 7-axis model.",
