title="Mode of delivery in patients with prior cesarean section",
abstract="The authors analysed indications and mode of delivery in pregnant women after prior cesarean sections. The study group consisted of 131 women after prior cesarean sections. The analysed material: in the case of 83 patients tried a trial of vaginal delivery, while an elective cesarean section was performed in the case of 48 women. A trial of vaginal delivery was successful in 54.21% of cases. The repeated cesarean section was performed in 45.78% of women who tried a trial of vaginal delivery. The authors noticed an upward tendency to try a trial of vaginal delivery in women after prior cesarean sections",
