title="Laparoscopic surgery in diagnostic and treatment of adnexal tumors",
abstract="Both diagnostic and operative laparoscopies become the basic methods in gynecology in the cases of adnexal tumors. This method is particularly recommended due to small tissue traumatisation, shorter time of both hospitalisation and sanation and faster return to the health. 66 women with adnexal tumors aged 16\&#8211;49 were analyzed.  The authors analyzed indications for the laparoscopy, taking into account in particular the age of the patient, both size and location of tumor and type of operation. Additionally they analyzed ailments before operation and results of histopathological investigations of postoperative material. They also analyzed economic factors and indicated the shorter time of hospitalization and faster return to the health.",
