abstract="Diverticulosis of the colonis very common pathology in digestive diseases tract, usually a symptomatic. The name of diverticular disease is reserved to the symptomatic patients only and could have different clinical manifestations such as noncomplicated diverticular disease, reccurent symptomatic diverticular disease and complicated disease. Inflammatory proces seems to be crucial in all steps of the disease. Although the problem of diverticular disease is still growing, there is a lack of accepted algorithm of treatment. The aim of present paper is to discuss treatment of uncomplicated diverticular disease as well as reccurent disease.",
